We Love Kitties and Kitty Spa Day

We really love helping take care of your kitty!  For every new cat, we will carefully plan out your kitty's spa day services based on your requests.  


If you are bringing your kitty in our salon for the first time, we will need you to bring a current Rabies Vaccine Certificate to keep on file.


Payments are due at completion of service, including any products requested, unless a deposit is required in advance.  Any online deposits are accessed at the button below.

Refund or Cancellation Policy

Cancellations happen.  Refunds, not so much....We're that confident!

  1. We ask that you give us at least a 24-hour cancellation notice before our appointment. We can reschedule and we will confirm day and time with you in advance.
  2. If you cancel a few hours prior to or the same day of our appointment, we will help get you back on schedule.  Repeated cancellations will result in having a deposit required before scheduling another appointment and/or losing deposit to further cancellations. 
  3. For reservations that are cancelled with no notification at all, you will be required to leave a deposit and reschedule online.  Repeated no shows or no calls will not be scheduled with us.
  4. All deposits are at risk of being used in cancellation fees if the next scheduled appointment is cancelled.
  5. A minimum deposit for reservations, if required, is $10 unless otherwise specified.
  6. We do not have a refund policy because there's no way to refund our time, but are willing to correct any issues. You will not be charged for services that cannot be done carefully or properly, even if there is a base charge for time given.
