Cancellations happen.  Refunds, not so much....We're that confident!

1. We ask that you give us at least a 24-hour cancellation notice before our appointment. We can reschedule according to the time we have open or reschedule through your account for the next best time that works.  We will confirm day and time with you before coming.
2. If you cancel a few hours prior to or the same day of our appointment, it is preferred over no notification at all. In most cases, it is understandable. Repeated cancellations may result in having a deposit required before scheduling another appointment and/or losing deposit to further cancellations. 
3. For reservations that are cancelled with no notification at all, you will be required to leave a deposit and reschedule online.  Usually grace is given once or twice, but repeated "no shows" are a waste and inconsiderate.  
4. All deposits are at risk of being used in cancellation fees depending on the nature of the cancellation, the needs of other customers needing our limited time, and how well or often we interact with you.  
5. A minimum deposit for reservations, if required, is $10 unless otherwise specified.
6. As of current, we do not have a refund policy, but are willing to correct any issues. Our costs are already very low and are primarily paid after the services are performed.
