Your appointment time is reserved specifically for your pet. It is your responsibility to ensure the commitment you’ve made with us. To cancel or reschedule without a fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We often do not enforce fees for rare instances or occurrences that happen on occasion; however, all reservations are subject to these policies.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours): $25 
• No-shows: $50 
• Late arrivals: At this time, we do not have a late arrival fee, however, if the appointment has to be cancelled, there may be a cancellation fee. For In-Home services, please have your cat ready and accessible.
• Early arrivals: Please do not come early unless discussed and approved; All reservations are scheduled by appointment times.
• Late pick-up: At this time, we do not have a late pick-up fee, however, if the groomer has to leave at a specific time, your pet might incur boarding fees starting at $25.
• Repeat cancellations, no shows & no responses: We will no longer accept any reservations until matters are resolved.
• Exceptions: We understand that life happens and we are all more than busy; illness, family emergencies, work schedules and unexpected events will always be considered. Please reach out as soon as you know you can't make it, even if it's inside the notice window.
• Resolutions & Prevention: We may require a card on file, a deposit or services paid, and/or any fees paid before a reservation will be accepted.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the foregoing.  

Satisfaction, Safety & Grooming Expectations

We will not perform any grooming service that cannot be completed safely, humanely, or properly. Clients will not be charged for services that are unable to be performed due to safety, health, or handling concerns.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern regarding your pet’s completed grooming service, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may review the matter and determine whether a correction can be made. Adjustments will be handled at our discretion and must be reasonable, safe, and appropriate for the pet.
